They keep canceling my appointments even tho I've got insurance, I was on a mood stabilizer for 2 years and they won't refill it, but they can refill my stomach meds no problem, they tell you it's your fault even if you call 3 time in one day to make sure your appointment is still available, you go in on the day of your appointment and the doc or therapist isn't there, waste of gas and time.

I needed help with transferring where I get my medications, and they just kept transferring me to different people until I reached a voicemail. The receptionists are rude and impatient.

A great place to go with understanding people
Ozark Center New Directions (3rd & Virginia) has a suboxone program. You can call them to schedule an assessment at 417-347-7660. Ozark Center is a sliding fee scale especially intended for low income patients but to qualify you need to bring a current, valid ID , your social security card or proof of your number and current proof of address. You should also bring proof of income if you have any. BHG does methadone & suboxone but the cost is high. Approximately $85-95 a week.
Not unless it’s a TASK TRAINED service dog per the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines. Emotional support dogs and pets aren’t allowed.
Ozark Center offers services in Joplin, Neosho, Carl Junction, Carthage, Lamar and Pineville in Missouri. Ozark Center also offers autism services in Rogers, AR.

All new clients will first meet with an admissions specialist to complete initial paperwork, and then will meet with a therapist to communicate their needs, explore treatment options and develop a plan of action to get them the help they need. The intake assessment may take up to two hours. If you unable to complete the intake on the first visit, a follow-up may be scheduled.
Ozark Center does not offer DOT treatment.
