First off, the prices on the menu board don’t match what you actually get charged. Second, it wasn’t until we got home which is 10 miles away, that we realized they did not give us a blizzard and a Sunday that we paid for. Third, while I was eating my burger, I bit into something that resembles a pill. Hard like a pill and a very bad taste.

Wouldn't give 1 star! EVERYTIME we try to eat at flatwoods dairy queen our fries are never done and if they are fully cooked they forget ur sandwich and u have to go back and ur fries are now cold the workers are very rude and roll their eyes at you and it's just unacceptable people pay way to much to get awful service at this fast food restaurant we will not be eating dairy queen after this 😡

Love the Flatwoods KY location. Food is always made fresh to order at this location and we dont mind to pull around and wait for it. Unlike that other fast food restaurant with the Arches, DQ takes great care in providing a quality hot fresh product.
