I love the variety of items that have been introduced!! Although most stores are usually understaffed, which means items are always unorganized or simply full boxes left on the floor.... Or (in the case of the dollar tree on e sunshine) just decide not to even open the store on time at all...

Since raising price to $1.25 sizes has got smaller. Most of the items can be bought at dollar general for $1. Not stocked very well.

Review update- I'm dropping a star. 😕 I like our local Dollar Tree but today wasnt a good experience. I didn't see what I was looking for, so I asked an employee. It happened to be a manager. Before I could even get it out she cut me off... I don't have them. Ok mo problem, but Rude! Then when I was checking out there was an issue with the customer ahead of me. Not sure what happened but the manager was there to fix it. The customer was not upset, she was smiling and laughing with the cashier. But the manager was awful with the cashier. Then gave him a sarcastic comment. Everyone looked confused as to the rudeness. Also, there were several carts in the store full of boxes to be stocked. This cluttered the store and was unnecessary. Just not a good day at the Dollar Tree. Original review- Everything is a dollar! And some things there are even worth a dollar. If you are looking for some budget birthday balloons, greeting cards, batteries, dog treats or kitchen storage containers, this is the place. Some of the smaller items sold at the Dollar tree can be found cheaper at walgreens, walmart or the Dollar General. But most of the items are not at other stores at all or are more expensive elsewhere. Some of the Dollar Tree stores sell a certain dog treat that I buy. They are in a yellow or blue package. Blue- good for skin and coat. Yellow- has glucosamine and is good for bones. Way cheaper than other stores treats that have glucosamine. Anyway, they are our dog's favorite treats. They love them so much. The treats are small and we use them for rewards. Other items I usually buy from Dollar Tree- Toothbrush, toothpaste, greeting cards, kitchen storage containers, dishwashing liquid, bleach, ink pens and its a good place to stock up your first aid kit for camping or hiking.
