Was leaving on a trip and found I had a roofing nail in my tire. The people at Big O Urbandale got me in and repaired it. On the road within an hour. Have only purchased Big O tires for my last 2 trucks and they have performed well.

Where do I begin. Brought them my Civic Type R to mount Goodyear Eagle Sports. They mounted the two rear inside out. Brought it back to fix and the dude lifted and rested my car on the side skirts. Rears that were mounted inside out started to wear odd and cup. They said it wasn’t from mounting the tires wrong. They are directional tires….I like to keep my business locally owned. 1 mistake ok, 2 visits in a row, meh. I knew they were owned by Willis Automotive. I reached out to Willis on FB to try to make contact. Crickets…. No credit, nothing to attempt to make right two botched jobs. Would recommend dodging this location.
