Fake!! 5 star Reviews almost all of them are fake!! This company is the worst Call answering service we used so far. Thy will intentionally stretch out the call over 4 minutes or even 8 minutes. That's $2 dollars per minute. They train the dispatch make the call last as long as possible, asking for specific spelling of the Address last name first name and phone number twice!! Pretending like Didn't hear the 1st part of the address clearly so then they asked the customer to repeat again this happens almost every call.. It takes no longer then a minute and 30 seconds for the average dispatch to grab the job title name phone and address. This company is a scam. Not to mention all the jobs and tickets the we never received, over 20% in unanswered calls and customers waiting on hold for over 3 minutes we got all the recordings of every call These guys are furad. That's why thy need to buy Fake reviews from India. They will also charge your card with no approval. Avoid This place. Save yourself the money and headache
