The experience I had today compared to what I had on Saturday was the difference between Night and Day! Today the store manager, Mitchel, helped me to transfer our lines from a different plan. He was helpful, very experienced, and listened attentively. I indicated that I was here at the store on Saturday, but they couldn't help me to get the lines transferred. After he had a basic understanding, he gathered some information from me, and started to work on things right away on his iPAD. While he was working on my new account, he was reassuring me that it shouldn't take long. He even suggested that I setup the myAT&T app while I was waiting so that we could get more things accomplished. I walked out of the store feeling relieved. The Saturday's appointment, on the other hand, was not even close to what I experienced today. The sales rep welcomed me when I walked in, but as soon as I explained my situation, she kept referring various 'policy' problems and how each would somehow prevent me from transferring the lines, needing to jump through several hoops before moving forward. I completely understand that the situation is not under her control, but her lack of care and interest in identifying a path forward was rather disappointing. She also called the store manager 3 times during my appointment and still couldn't get the situation resolved. Needless to say, I left feeling frustrated. The 4 stars I gave here is strictly for today's visit.

The manager here, Karen sucks. She will not help you. Nobody here will help you, except for Austin Morrison I had a really messed up case. The AT&T at Sam’s Club royally messed up. They told me to call the number. The number told me to talk to AT&T. But Austin Morrison is taking the time to help me. Austin needs to be a manager as soon as possible if AT&T was smart. Thank you Austin for taking the time to help me.DO NOT GO TO THE SAMES CLUB AT&T!
