Came in for a free replacement screen protector and they did not have one to fit my phone. Tried to sell me a clearance screen protector and I asked why I would buy one when I paid extra for free replacements. Employee said ok and walked away. Manager left the store promptly before offering assistance.

I am very frustrated that I purchased a new iPad and added a line to my account and not only did I have to return because the iPad did not have a SIM card like I was told but not even 24 hours later I am on the phone with customer service because nothing is working. The only reason for the second star is because the ASM was very friendly during the process of adding the new line. This all could have been avoid if he was not the only one in the store and could have taken the time to make sure it was done correctly.
