Absolutely hate the live teller. Took the small bank feel out of the bank. I like that when I walk into the Ohio branch they know my name. I live closer to the Walmart brach but hate going to it now.

I've banked for two years and they have taken more money and rejected payments from unemployment and Fidelity, I know they can figure something out WORSE BANK THEN THEY TRY TO BRIBE YOI WITH A FREE GIFT... that shows it's a poor run bank.

It would be nice to have the Walmart branch back open it’s such an inconvenience because I work till 12 pm on Saturday and I can’t deposit my check on Saturday because it won’t be avail till Tuesday or maybe you should keep the Ohio branch open longer than 12 pm frustrating

Sorry about that, Bruce! We are open for business and have recently installed ITMs at this location so we can offer longer hours of service and more convenience. We do have bankers still, but they might have stepped out for a moment or been in the back office when you stopped by. If you step up to one of the ITMs, you can tap the screen and have a video chat with one of our bankers and conduct a teller transaction through the machine.

Yes! This branch is open Sundays from 11am to 3pm.
