Our long-term care neighborhood is 24-hour secure facility, but visitors are welcome and encouraged any time, day or night.
Our health services team is top-of-the-line. We have a dedicated skilled nursing team of RNs, LPNs and CNAs who provide 24-hour nursing care. We also offer a variety of physical, occupational, and speech therapies customized to individual care plans.
We offer private and semi-private accommodations where residents can receive qualified, around-the-clock nursing care.
We are here to help with most aspects of daily life. All meals are covered under the monthly fee, as are medication management, and a call system for immediate needs.
In assisted living, a team member is onsite 24/7. We also have cameras and alarms across our campus for added protection. Our main campus doors are locked between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. daily. Long-term care at Clay Center Presbyterian Manor is a 24-hour supervised community. Our doors are locked, and a security key code is required for entry and exit. Between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m., a call system is used for building entry.

Yes, we allow pets in our Kreeck Estates Cottages with prior approval.

Dining is an important component of our culture at Clay Center Presbyterian Manor. We offer flexible meal plans with seasonal and always-available menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner so you can choose what you’d like to eat. Three meals a day are included for residents in the suites and studios. Meals are not included for cottage residents, but cottage residents may contract at a lower rate for a certain number of meals per month.
