Staff is wonderful and trys to be accomadting. Hotel its self needs help. Had to get new room because a.c didn't work and bathroom ceiling had leaks. Neww room better but toilet rocks. Didn't leak just rocked.

Checked in and immediately checked out. There should be circumstances where 24 hours cancel policy in forgiven. For health reasons, we could not stay in this hotel due to mold...it started to make his chest tighten up immediately. So...if you suffer from any kind of allergy or asthma do not stay here. Also...it just wasn't clean and parts of the room were falling apart. You could see the mold in the air conditioner vents and where the base molding was falling off the wall.

Average pricing a great median. Great location close to State Street, Euclid Avenue, Bristol speedway and pretty much all attractions in Bristol. Rooms are good and clean comfortable refrigerator TV microwave USB ports on the lamp fixtures you know to charge your phones and stuff.

Night clerk was Amazing!! Best ever!! Gave me directions...greet me with Friendly Service!! Room was nice but had a major water leak from the tub upstairs...but as soon as I told the staff they went to look at it ...

My husband an I have stayed at the Days Inn on volunteer parkway in Bristol TN many times. They are always very friendly. Know me by name. The rooms are clean an comfortable. Pets are welcome. The staff is always helpful. Just one example, my husband was in the hospital an my vehicle would not start. I am not a mechanic by no means. A staff member quickly jumped in to help me. They go above an beyond for their guests. They are truly like family to us. Thank you 😊
