I paid for a two day delivery on my letter and it has been 5 days and still is not delivered to the address.

There are 2 trucks that pick up out bound mail. One at 2 and one at 430. It is typically that time through the entire week.
$26 for 6 months or $52 for 12 months. Must have ID and electric bill or something with an address.
