Beautiful walk around this pond, besides the swing set not much for younger kids to do.

Driving around the park is pretty meh and you can't see much. I'm order to appreciate swan lake you need to get out and walk around it. Swan lake features a lot of native Oklahoman foliage and the sound of the water drowns out the city noise. Do not feed the birds here as it is not permitted but it may also be a good time to teach little ones why not to feed birds human food.

Unfortunately not, just a daytime park
No it's gated and protected for the swans, ducks, and fish.
I walk the park year round and it has been a very long time since I have seen swans; ducks yes and now geese.
