Cant deliver anything on time. UPS does better

FedEx is constantly saying package is out for delivery but doesn’t show up. Always a lame excuse every single time. And it’s always “inclement weather” when it’s beautiful outside. They have the worst drivers, at least at this location. If I could pay extra to just have UPS deliver everything I would. Now I just got a message that my package may be lost. I will no longer do business with anyone who only has FedEx as a shipping option. I’m done.

Never on time shipping. Can't contact a real person to get answers. Would gladly pick up my shipment on my own so I can actually get it when its originally suppose to be delivered. I just want my shipment. Very frustrating. Would give it zero stars but thats not a option.

After a horrific experience with a recent shipment, and hours on hold with customer service reps who were of no help whatsoever, I contacted the warehouse office in Sauget directly. I spoke with Marlene, who could not have been any more understanding and helpful. She had my situation rectified in less than five minutes. The following day, there was an issue with the second half of this shipment. I once again called the warehouse office directly and spoke with Alexandria. Again, I was treated with kindness and understanding. I received the promised call back with an immediate solution to the problem.Thank you ladies so much for your help! I am reaching out to the corporate office to tell them what great employees they have in you two! I will say, I spoke with Larry during one of the many transfers with customer service. He was as helpful as he could be from his end, and appeared to have everything taken care of. The problem began when the package came a day earlier than expected, and a signature was required. All the other customers service reps I dealt with told me (I kid you not)…”This is customer service. There is really nothing we can do to help you with your shipment issue.” I was told this by two different representatives! This was baffling to me, as I thought that should be the job of Fed Ex customer service reps. Thanks again to these two ladies who did their jobs in an efficient manner - and with understanding and kindness!
