the guy who cut the chain was nice used the measuring guide to cut 2 ft of chain sold by the foot. The lady who helped is enter the chain data was horrible. lecturing use that we should of had a tag, who cut this. didn't beleive what we said, she can watch the video... then she said it is 2ft 2in. aka 2.16 ft and she was going to try to charge the .16 when the item is sold by the foot. and she didn't even have a measuring guide.. she needs counseling..
