Say what you will about this place, but Paula in Vital record really came through for me. I purchased birth certificates and thought if you paid for expeditions of them it took 1-2 days, not correct. That only refers to the shipping. Well it had already been a week and I needed them for last minute trip to say farewell to a terminal family member. I didnt give her my "sob story" and she didn't give me the bureaucratic red tape. She just helped me out because it seemed urgent. Thank you a thousand time because I wouldve driven the 14 hours one way to get those certificates.

Good sometimes. Bad sometimes. Been trying to get medication for over a week now and denied every time. Literally just need a 2 minute meeting with a provider and they can’t accommodate that. So frustrating. So if you like being frustrated, this is the place for you!

This has been my worst visit ever at this clinic. They automatically canceled my appointment that was scheduled 3 months ago. I talked to 3 different staffs and they made me wait for 2 hours to assign me to a provider. The way they talked was rude and treated me terribly. I mean it was ridiculous and insane. The hospital of Denver Health needs to look into the horrendous professionalism of the faculties at the clinic and take actions as soon as possible.

Is there a location to return used diabetic injection syringes/needles. Most disposal companies seem OK with them in regular garbage as long as in protective container.

Charles Geibig | Oct 26, 2018
Public Health Institute at Denver Health | Oct 26, 2018

Per the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment it is okay to put in the regular garage in a protective container. More details about what qualifies as a protective container are available on the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment's website. Once there, search for "household needles and sharps."
