This branch is my go to now that so many other locations have closed in our area. The staff is very professional and friendly and the wait times are reasonable. Best of all- they are open on Saturday!

Excuses for lack of good services. Unfortunately the bank that I primarily use isn’t in Wilmington yet JP Morgan. It seems like each Wells Fargo branch in the Wilmington area is packed for of excuses for multiple things. Definitely considering closing accounts with Wells Fargo. Nothing worse than excuses (lies).

Nick and Trey and Alice are the only people in this branch with any customer service skills. Everyone else needs to go! They refuse to offer any help or service. They won’t even let you walk all the way in. They act like you are a threat. …I'm disappointed to learn about your interaction with some of our branch associates.
