I had a bit of an issue after I bought some boots, and he spent a lot of time on the phone helping me fix it. I’m a happy camper. This is my shoe store from now on. They easily beat out the local REI, which I’ve relied on for decades. I know there’s a serious global distribution problem. REI must be getting hit pretty bad b/c their inventory is way down. Can’t blame them, but it just goes to show: BUY LOCAL
