My main problem is a new security guard who makes his own rules. During his first weeks on the job he tried to hassle me by telling me I couldn't bring my keys into the courthouse, keys which I'd brought in many many times before and never had an issue. His senior colleague/trainer told him it was fine, and to let me through. The next time I went through security the new guy was alone, and refused to let me through with my keys, even though I explained to him the situation about before. Other than the incredibly poor choice in hiring security guards, the courts usually try their best but are not the best. It's far to easily manipulatable, especially in custody cases. If you file a motion that clearly has grounds, they will deny it on the smallest facet and force you to resubmit and reword things just get a motion approved. Which takes lots of time. The court resource center is one guy who isn't even there all day, and they try to use him as their scapegoat to be lazy.

Carol Lewinsky was my juge and she isn`t lisining to any injustices or voilation of human rights or amendments of our constitution. She doesnt know the law. You cannot use double jepordy you cannot arest some one based off suspition. Be aware that you do not have to submit blood test or give your name to a officer sucurity now have the right to arest you. I've been here multiple times because of my nasty divorce. The ladies in the clerk's office are very helpful and patient with my needs everytime. This has become like second home to me. Hopefully my divorce will be finalized so I can get on with my life.
