Really quiet and has a nice atmosphere and love the coffee. The reason for the two stars is because a worker (female but don't know the name) who was in her teens has made fun of my lisp while I was ordering a coffee. She repeated my name and added the lisp and chuckled as my brother and I walked to our table.

Sloooowwww. Do not come here if you are in even the slightest time restraint. Ordered ahead and 30 min later could still see the order sticker with my name on it not even touched by a barista. Tickets not grabbed in the order they are received. Also, difficult to get in and out of the location. Coffee was good if you have a lot of time to spare.

Hi Mari, I would go to the store and ask...of course don't tell them you are making a complaint...you dont want an extra shot of "who knows" in your next latte
I had that happen to me once. I arrived and the Baristas hadn't seen my order. Other than that one time I've always had my orders ready for me.
