Is there a reason that the self-serve kiosk and drop off lobby at this location is now closed after hours? And without warning or any kind of signage.... Edit -- Seriously what is going on at this location? It's before 5:00 on a weekday and they are all locked up. The self-service package collection bin in the lobby is locked as well. I chose to live near a post office so it would be easy to run my side gig. Now I have to drive across town to the other locatiom...

The staff are always freindly and helpful. Located centrally in Fort Collins so if you hear complaints about the location, I would disregard them.

I recently sent an item to my customer. The item arrived to my customer extremely damaged and unusable. I contacted USPS immediately and provided photos of the damage that occurred. While they responded quickly, they reported there is nothing they can do because they don't know when the damage occurred. They also stated that the shipping label I bought does not provide coverage if the item is damaged. As a customer, I should not have to worry whether or not my item will arrive to my customer in its original condition. (They raised their shipping prices to nearly double, and reduced the amount of coverage it provides). I should be able to trust the postal service to do its job correctly. I now had to ship another item to my customer and lose money due to the negligence of USPS. Thank you so much for NOT taking responsibility.
