We booked this property on the app specifically because it had a pool only to find the pool was closed when we arrived. Our virtual key never worked even after 2 attempts. The breakfast wasn't great. Just microwaved Jimmy Dean sandwiches and such. The room was very clean and the employees were great. Overall was good, but could use some improvements to get to 5 stars.

Booked this hotel because it had a pool. But when arrived NO POOL! Would not gave booked if we knew this. Room smelled like sick but was passed off as perfume. Bed very comfortable and room spacious.

Wouldn’t stay here again if it wasn’t for the lack of extended stay alternatives. - dirty floors - stained furniture - limited room service - pool not working - second time for me checking into a room where the AC do not work. Stays between 78F - 83F (night/day) in the room. Had to change rooms both times. First time took 3 days for them to find me a new room due to availability and they just giving someone else the room with a broken AC! Update one day after checking. Found out that the trash was not taking out under the kitchen sink. While doing so myself I found a cockroach leaving next to it. Clearly not a clean hotel!

Stayed here on our way back from Florida, and I must admit, this stay was absolutely amazing. The staff was super friendly, both at check in and at checkout/breakfast. The breakfast was one of the cleanest and well put together hotel breakfasts I’ve seen. The waffles were actually….. really good! Anyways, simply blown away by how clean and nice this stay was.
