This place is terrible, from customer service down to the product they provide. I purchased the $95 "the works". They basically just wiped down the interior, didn't even bother to do anything in the trunk and did a lazy vacuum job. Not worth the money. My biggest issue was customer service. I pulled up having never been there before. There were two employees standing in the parking lot not doing anything, so I drove up to them and they both gave me a dirty look like "what are you doing here". They eventually directed me where to go (because it isn't clear where you are supposed to go). I then sat in my car expecting someone to come up to me, but no one did, so I decided to just go inside but someone finally stopped me before I went inside, took my info, keys, etc. When I picked up my car I paid inside but they didn't have my keys. They said to "stand over there" - which was some random spot outside close to where I initially dropped off my vehicle. I stood there for some time while people just kept giving me odd looks. Eventually some woman saw me from across the parking lot and starting pointing towards my car, where there was a guy standing with my keys. Just a really odd operation and the staff are not polite. I felt like I was just inconveniencing them. I then had to back my car out of the place through an obstacle course. Avoid this place - so many better options out there.

I paid for the deluxe detail and my windshield is still dirty my center console is still dirty what a waste of time and money. I told them to fix it and it's still dirty unbelievable
