I've done business with firms, large and small, for more than 60 years. I have yet to find a more satisfying experience than the one I've just had with Classic Pianos. It's rare to be able to say everything was perfect. In this case it was! Being treated in a genuinely friendly manner by Bob and Amy was only the start of my experience. Not being certain of what I wanted, or needed, was met with calm, professional advice. My only regret is that purchasing a piano is not a frequent occurrence but I'll look for further opportunities to engage with Classic Pianos. I can't image any better source.

We sold our piano through their consignment program. It was a great experience. First, they coordinated and picked up our piano from the piano storage company and took great care of it. They just let us know that it sold and they gave us what they had promised (despite it being less than what they made on it!) It was amazing to get such a professional and honest company!
