Just went into this ER for horrible pain. They were quick getting me in, had the machines there for CT, Dr. Burcham had the best bedside manner and explained everything to me. Everyone was so friendly form the nurse to the EMT and the CT scan tech. I’m hoping I don’t have an emergency again but 100% will be going back there if i do.

This was the ABSOLUTE worst care I’ve received and on top of that they charged me large some the day I went in. They charged more later and never even accepted my insurance tel after I called and made a point of it. Then when they told me I had a month to get the insurance and bill figured out, a week later got a call from collections and paid another time. Then today I got another bill in the mail for another charge. All of which after all they did was give me fluids and tell me im okay. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN and I suggest no one else. Worst hospital and worst customer care I’ve ever dealt with.

I went here complaining I could not breathe. They never did an EKG or XRay or would even touch me. They did give me a prescription for a UTI even though my urine was never collected. I was crying and begging for help. One month later I was getting a Pacemaker in ICU this was avoidable I complained for a year that I couldn't breathe but I was too young to get sick? Stay away rude staff They could have killed me .I understand it was the beginning of Covid-19. I think that the Doctor was afraid of me. Everyone stayed 6 feet away THEY were afraid of me.Luckily I didn't improve and went to an Urgent Care to get tested for Covid-19. She gave me a Covid Test and did give me an EKG and gave me an aspirin and go straight to the ER. Your staff did not do anything for someone coming in complaining of Chest Pain. Urgent Care saved my life. You did nothing.

The 129 is ok but when you get over 90 it's something to take note of. Not terrible by any means. Might be just a little stress of the moment and it will go back to "normal". Which is 120/80. I'm a paramedic and I see people with much higher bp's. Mine very rarely is below 90. Hope that helps.
