I have been a patient at another facility in Colorado for 6-7 year. I thought the service I received was wonderful but I was also comparing the service at the other location in Colorado to the service I had received most of my adult life in Louisiana. It’s not difficult to have better health care than Louisiana. After building frustrations, I switched to West Littleton Primary Care and realized I wasn’t getting the best care possible. From the time I walked in the door and was greeted by two smiling faces, although they had mask on I could tell by their eyes they were smiling, I knew this place was possibly on an entirely different and elevated level than where I came from. Being taken back by nurse Lisa was my second realization this place was different. Lisa was really nice and did an amazing job getting to know me and my previous ailment, procedures, and concerns. It was a very refreshing feeling that left a smile on my face long after she left the room. Next I was able to see Colleen. Again, another very attentive and caring person in this facility. Lots of questions about me and my conditions, ailments, concerns, and just basic well being. I felt like I was on a cloud nine with every person I came in contact with. This place is awesome!!!

Carrie really is concerned for the patients welfare, and she is quite knowledgeable about management of diabetes. I would share my results, but your experience may differ depending on how well you follow her advice. I followed her direction and experienced superior results!

The staff and care are great. Don't understand why masks are still required!

If I could give 5 stars only to the people at the front desk I would. They were super prompt and friendly! However, that was the only good part. I had been looking for a new primary care physician since moving to CO. I'm young, healthy, and active but had been experiencing some chest pains on and off for about 3 months. I told the physician I had a bad experience trying out another doctor who immediately told me I probably had anxiety and wanted to get me on a prescription. I typically like to take a more natural approach with things if possible and wasn't convinced that the discomfort I was experiencing was due to anxiety since I have a pretty low stress life and take actions to work through stress when things pop up. To my surprise, the next thing I knew the physician at CHPG Littleton was also saying it was likely anxiety or indigestion and wanted to get me on anxiety medication. Even when I said I'd rather not because I was looking to get a better understanding of the root cause and not slap a band-aid on it she still pushed it a couple more times throughout the 10 minute appointment. It's pretty upsetting the process is to ask me three questions and determine I need anxiety medication. I left the office very discouraged. A couple weeks later I tried some stretches and foam rolling exercises that I found online. Both my back and chest popped/ loosened up during this session and guess what.. I immediately felt better and have been completely chest pain free since. Glad I didn't cave and take the prescription.
