Four stars only because this isn’t really what you think of when you think “fine dinning”, it was a good place though, rustic country atmosphere and tasty food

Historic setting, good food, good service.

DON’T GO HERE. FOOD IS NOT GOOD. Service: 1 stars Building: 5 stars Brussels: 5 stars (surprisingly) Asparagus tacos: 3 stars Elk burger: ZERO stars. I wish I had actually read the reviews before going here. As many other reviews express, the restaurant is beautiful but the food is subpar. We waited 50 minutes for the Brussels appetizer and I was impressed and excited for the main course. But when they finally came (after 65 minutes waiting), to say we were “disappointed” is an understatement. I got the asparagus tacos as it was one of the few vegetarian options and it was lacking. Feta cheese and avocado are strong flavors and don’t go well together. I would recommend consulting with an actual chef regarding this dish to improve it. The elk burger, which my partner got and took exactly one bite of, was prepared very poorly. When the server came to clear the plates, he didn’t seem surprised to be removing an entire burger nor did he offer to comp it, so that leads me to believe that customers often find their food disgusting and disappointing (which reviews on here confirm.)

Hiking from Table Mesa to Chautauqua to eat delicious homemade ice cream at Chautauqua Dining Hall is one of my favorite workouts! And adding a tasty beer replaces critical electrolytes ;-). Pro tip is to sit at the bar for the meal during busy times, this has worked for me every day of the year. I’m on a budget, but during happy hour, I often get two scoops of ice cream and a beer for $8, and I’m happy. :-) I think my favorite ice cream flavor combo has been peanut butter and dark chocolate (they usually have 3 choices), but they do have some yummy sorbets too at times! 2022 update: 2 scoops of homemade ice cream is now $6, but still a great deal!!! Mmm macadamia nut and fresh strawberry!

Think yes
COVID practices are in line with any other restaurant in Boulder. Masks required while not at your table, physically distanced tables. Hand sanitizer stations available. They have the benefit of having a large covered porch, so if the weather is nice you can request to eat outside.
You will have to call them to be sure, but I believe that they do.
I don't believe they take reservations...
Thanksgiving takeout was great! Suggest you check their website
Yes. The manager told me they would when I was there on Monday.
Casual.
You would have to contact them directly. Good luck and happy Thanksgiving.
The restaurant will need to be called directly for that kind of info.
The dining hall should be able to handle that many.
Not sure about the shuttle but there is a lit of parking there and all around the park. Yiu xan pay with your phone.
I'm curious about this as well! Also, do they have gluten- AND dairy-free options?
