Best team of a practice! Literally everyone from the front desk to the doctors who took me back were so very caring compared from what I came from. I could hug everyone. It truly means so much.

I had a good experience at this place.. Practice staff ☑. Friendly ☑. Scheduler ☑. Listened to my concerns☑. Surgeons reviewed all tests and had a clear understanding of what was required and open to discussing with me☑. My 1st surgery was with Dr. MacDonald and he was excellent with my surgery, his communication, and followup visits☑.

I am very happy with my experience with the surgery I received. I knew on the first day I made the right choice and I am back to my normal routine. I want to thank all of the doctors and nurses for their excellent care, especially during these extraordinary times.

Their billing process is a joke and the surgeons are not much better. I had a hernia done a couple of years ago and you would think how far medicine has come over the last decade, there would be a small scar, but nope, I was left with a HUGE scar that looks absolutely horrible! I then was referred back to them recently. The first visit the surgeon said that it wasn’t a hernia and couldn’t figure out what it was and told me to come back if it continued, and so I did. After doing an ultrasound they couldn’t find the problem, so The surgeon recommended surgery anyway and said” let’s go ahead and open you up and see what we find” i’m not a doctor nor do I play one on TV but, I think a CT scan or something would be first choice and you would think going under the knife would The last resort. I declined his offer and found a new doctor and problem solved. Before I left the office, I asked if there was any payment needed and was told “nope, you’re good.” I then received a bill in the mail for $12.80, I called to pay it and after waiting my whole lunch break, I finally got somebody and the CC machine wasn’t working. I then mailed the payment in with CC info and they never processed it for whatever reason. I then called two other times to make a payment and the last time I was told they would send a receipt via mail….well yesterday I got a letter that I was being sent to collections! I then called again and waited so long, I hung up and called back and was given a voicemail, which I still have not heard back on as of yet! Your best interest is not in their best interest so be very careful using this horrible practice!

Yes. They have a discounted rate for self pay patients or people that choose to not use their insurance.
