I can in with a 2017 Mazda they told me ya I’ll get it done in 3 weeks max turned out to be 3 months. Something didn’t seem right they kept changing the days which wasn’t professional I would definitely not recommend them to anybody truly and honestly worst service as far as customer communication skills. My car looks great though I can give them that.

I didn’t receive any communication updates about my vehicle, and had to call to get information every time. When I did call, I was recently told it would be ready in a few days but it never was. I was unhappy with some of the repair work and very unhappy with the detailing work. It was a stolen/recovery and for example when I picked up the car most of the cupholders had potato chip crumbs and pieces and trash in them there was trash under the seats.

I took my car in after my accident where my front bumper and hood were damaged in mid July. The manager has been awful about communication and just keeps texting me that it’ll take longer through an automated text. I have to call them any time I need an update on what’s going on, otherwise they won’t talk to me. I’ve been told numerous times “It’s almost done! We just have to paint your part and put it on!” Only to call the next day and hear that they were shorted a part (mind you if they had properly checked the parts when they received them there would have been no delay as they had the parts for weeks before they started the repair process) or that the part was sent broken or that they found frame damage that was somehow missed when doing their original estimate. It is now September 13th almost two months later and they still aren’t done with my repairs and keep telling me it’ll be another week every time I call. Not only will they not communicate but when they do they will lie to your face. For example: I called this morning and their mechanic swore to me that my car would be done today and that it was being finished up now. Well guess what? An hour later they call and tell me a part needs to be painted and that it hasn’t been worked on yet today. Straight up lied to me. Ultimately they’re just dishonest and that’s what I’m really upset about. I understand there are setbacks with repairs and I have been extremely patient but they’re just not interested in telling the truth and being respectful to their customers. Wish I could give zero stars tbh

Shop was very clear on timeline and got my car back exactly when they said. Work was very well done and car was cleaner than when I arrived with it!

Yes we do. We have all the necessary tools and equipment to work on the majority of makes and models. Each repair is different and vary based on the extent of the damages. Labor hours and part availability are contributing factors to how long a vehicle will be in the shop. But don’t worry we communicate with you throughout the entire repair process and we will advise you of any change or delay in the process.
That’s ok, the insurance estimate is the starting point for our repairs. Any discrepancies between insurance estimates and cost of repairs will be addressed when the vehicle is in the shop and as we go through the repair process.
Our warranty is a industry best lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. This warranty covers workmanship, fit and finish along with any part issues that may arise.
It's best to call ahead but they should be able to accommodate you
