I am unable to write an accurate review because I cannot call the bank directly to ask questions. The entire phone access is automated. I would like to speak to one of the loan officers, but don't have an account there yet, and probably won't because I can't speak with anyone without visiting the bank personally. Sometimes we just need to speak to someone actually located in the bank.

A week to get a card and if you have a direct deposit of a certain amount I believe they wave the fees
