Hospital staff are good. The non-employee doctors, anesthesiologists, etc. are fantastic. Billing is horrible if there is an issue. Had an unauthorized charged, disputed it. They sent it to collections. Notified repeatedly of the dispute and requested proof the charge was authorized (I would gladly pay then). They could not point to anything I signed showing authorization. 2 years later, had a procedure at a different hospital and they underestimated the insurance payment. When they refunded me, they deducted the amount we were in dispute on. If it is not illegal, it sure is unethical. Spoke with Administration which 1 month later has not followed up.
