I can’t begin to express how grateful I am to work among such kind souls. Everyone that I have met have been beyond thoughtful. Not to mention the wonderful people I take care of, Visiting Angels makes me feel like I am taken care of too :)!

I have been working for VISITING ANGELS of Denver for the past 5 years and it has been a wonderful experience being able to work alongside loving and caring people! Taking care of our clients and helping them out with whatever is important to them is so satisfying to me! It's a job I look forward to and will never get sick of!

As the sole caretaker for my father, who is on hospice and bedbound, I found the nights to be exhausting me. Desperate, I called Visiting Angels. Tawnya was absolutely amazing. She came to our home the same day, and I felt really good about the company. Several days later, we were sent the most wonderful aid. She has 15 years experience, and after an hour of chatting and meeting Dad, I felt completely comfortable with this young woman. She continues to do a fantastic job. Other caretakers will understand what a relief it is to be able to go to sleep knowing that someone else is caring for your loved one. It’s really kind of life changing to be able to rest. Thank you Visiting Angels. 5 stars all the way.

At Visiting Angels, we understand that many families are unsure about the first steps of arranging in-home care for a senior loved one. That’s why we make the process as simple and stress-free as possible. Simply contact our Westminster office if you’re ready to get started. We can schedule a free in-home consultation with you and your loved one. This gives our care coordinators time to get to know your loved one and answer any questions you have about our services. From there, we’ll create a customized care plan and help you find the perfect caregiver from our team.

My loved one has recently suffered a stroke. Can you help them recover at home?

Visiting Angels Denver | Oct 26, 2019

Yes! We provide home care services for seniors who have survived a stroke. We find that many older adults prefer to recover in their own homes, but the effects of a stroke—such as partial paralysis, memory loss and speech impairments—can make independent living a greater challenge. With post-stroke recovery care from Visiting Angels, your loved one can receive comprehensive support with everyday household tasks, making sure they stick to recommendations from their medical team in order to recover safely and have meaningful companionship. Contact our Wheat Ridge office to learn more about our stroke recovery care services!
