This has been the worst home service company I’ve ever worked with. They killed our grass on the first visit by sending a brand new technician who was supposed to provide a diagnostic and treat drying grass. He sprayed fertilizer on it and killed it all. After three months they said they would reseed it. Three times it said the technician was on his way then completed the service and they never came. I’ve tried to cancel three times and keep getting messages that someone is coming. I would not recommend this company at all.

I am very unhappy with TruGreen, after a 1 year contract my lawn is in worse condition than before. Absolutely waste of money and time.

Don't send a quote request! I've filled up a quote form yesterday, Sunday. It's been 24 hours and I received 17 calls from them. First call they asked for a different person, I told them it's not him, and they gave me full name and home address of that person to make sure I am not him. Next time they called I asked not to call me anymore, I am not interested in their services, after that they called 15 more times, and I blocked 7 phone numbers already. Those people don't understand "no" and disclose private information.

I've used True Green for past 5 years with no problems. This year has been horrible. They skipped our spring aerations and 4 of our 6 services. They have been here twice. We had a bunch of dead spots show up after the first visit. I'm sure they are short staffed, but they still have people to cold call me for their tree care servcie. I called 3 times to get problems resolved. The last person said she would move all my services to next year.
