Great company Contracted with Builders Custom Flooring to replace my bathroom floor. Due to medical issues I had to reschedule my start date 3 times and I paused the work when I was deciding what to do with an unexpected issue. Samantha was very considerate and willing to work with me on scheduling. Tim the installer did great work. He had to remove the old tile, pulled up some linoleum that was under the old tiles and removed a section of thin plywood on top of the subfloor. He cut and laid the new cement board, applied mud, cut and laid floor & base tiles and applied grout. The result was a great looking floor! I would use Builders Custom Flooring again and recommend them.

Hi - our sales staff and customers wear masks while in the showroom, which is disinfected daily (along with our flooring/backsplash samples). Our technicians wear masks and maintain social distancing when they are communicating with homeowners; however, while they are lifting/delivering, installing or sanding floors, they do take their masks down to make for easier breathing so we ask that customers remain in other areas of the home. Yes, we offer removal and disposal. We sell Wood, Carpet, Tile, Vinyl and Laminate. We will install any product that we sell. We also offer Hardwood Refinishing. Installation is not free and the price varies based on what is being done. If you stop by our store we would love to give your a free quote.
