I love the location and the walking track but This place definitely needs more update everything gets forever to fix, I wish cafeteria was open And there were more classes available. The steam sona need some deep cleaning That's my favorite but I always avoid to use it.

Good place, found comparable gyms in the area offering almost the same but lower pricing. The pool option was biggest turn off.

I’ve been a member pre-pandemic. Decided to re-join writhing the past month and paid for the full year up front. This is NOT the same club. No towel service, no cafe, and the outdoor pool “broke” a week after I joined and I still haven’t heard if it’s still closed. Seems about half of the classes get cancelled last minute either due to instructors not being available or no reason given at all. This is not the club to join. Better to join a 24 hour gym with newer equipment and classes on demand studios. I will not be spending another dime on a membership here. Just wish there was a satisfaction guarantee policy so I could at least recapture some of the 1.6k I spent on this membership.

They preach about how they care so much about you and your kids as an employee but then fire you over your kids being sick. Then try and hire you back because they know they messed up. They can’t keep employees. They pay next to nothing and expect us to want to work there. The owner is rude to members and I had several members cry to me while dropping their kids off over the treatment they’ve received. Deer lake athletic club is way better. Don’t waste your time here.

There is a sauna off the men's locker, so I assume there is one off the women's. There is an initial fee as well as a monthly fee. There several plans for individuals, couples, families, etc, of varying monthly fees.
I'm sure it's just maintenance or something. they took the indoor waterslide out a while back and they're probably putting it back in.
They give you tour to complete gym before you join the club. But i didnt see any introductory class for machines. There are many options of personal trainer hours. And in swimming laps i have seen swimmers from the age of approx 16 to 50, but i m not sure if there is any written rule about age limit. Swimming laps are 25yards in length and i guess there are parallel 4 or 5 laps. Hope you find this usefull👍
You can cancel the membership or get a doctor's note to put it on hold for further notice that you can afford to pay both.
