Numerous front office problems here - inflexible scheduling, problems getting records transferred, only partial batch of prescriptions being sent, first a poor patient portal and now none at all, and either attitude or unhelpfulness from the receptionists. It's too bad because I liked my PA - Nicole Cucinella. I'm back to my search for a new provider.

If I could give a 0 stars, I would.. I started calling Saturday morning when they opened and nobody answered. I finally dialed the operator just to find out that they were closed because of a system upgrade. The on call doctor (Dr. Hanson) called me back. I explained my symptoms and practically begged for help because I was feeling pretty sick. I told him I thought it was a sinus infection and he said he couldn't prescribe anything over the phone and that I would have to wait and be seen on Monday. Mind you, this was SATURDAY!!! I was so desperate that I went to King Soopers little clinic. Come to find out, I had bronchitis, sinusitis and the beginning of pneumonia.. thankfully they cared enough to help me and get me the medicine that I needed.. unless you have a broken fingernail, don't ever come to Rocky mountain primary Care.. They don't care if you live or die.

I am new to the area. Receptionist lacks customer service. I scheduled and appointment and then just because I didn't have my insurance on me at that direct second she couldn't schedule. Unfortunately I will not be going here because I asked if I could schedule and call back... She said no .... There should be different policies put in place just because we are trying to see a doctor. Little did she know my card was in the mail and my appointment was 1.5 weeks out. I work as a patient access manager and understand insurance. I would not have needed an authorization and it takes 1 min to verify insurance. Again I will not be rescheduling and will give business to another organization that values customer service.

Been coming to place this place for years. The receptionist does very little to try to assist you if you need help. Unfortunately, I have always liked Dr. Jeff but I will find somewhere else to go now

I would like to know if they have staff who speak Spanish, and/or do they have Spanish or English translators? Thank you for your attention.
That has nothing to do with the whole building being locked during the time I was told to be there. All staff is at lunch according to the sign on the door
