Why does your automated system AND receptionist tell me to come in 30 min before my appointment (1230) and I get here and the office is closed till 1 for lunch ...Why am I scheduled? Why was I told by a person who works there to be there on her lunch

That has nothing to do with the whole building being locked during the time I was told to be there. All staff is at lunch according to the sign on the door

Covid vaccine shots are given, by appointment, Wednesdays and Fridays during lunch hour.
