I went to Tree-Purposed to buy Rubio Monocoat for my pine floors. The handsome young men who were working that day sanded my floor sample and did 5 different color samples for me. They spent quite a bit of time with me and were helpful in advising me on how to buy the color I needed as they were out of stock for that particular item. I am impressed with this company. Cheerful help was given when it didn't even benefit them with a sale. Thank-you

Really cool place. Had a variety of wood.
A moon
Was charged $20 to have 12” wood I bought from them cut in half . Wasn’t notified there was a charge until after cut , and I’m not sure why there is a charge for 30 seconds of cutting . JP claimed they charge $80 an hour etc. Waited two weeks for it to be cut .

This place is exactly what I expected it to be. No fancy show room, which I like because you know you're getting a good price on the slabs. They also do finishing work for you if needed, which is also a plus so you don't have to worry about going somewhere else to have the work done. Prices were as expected and I'm looking forward to using these folks for a project of mine in the near future. The gentleman I spoke with was very professional and candid.

Our tree service, Arbor Man, does tree removals, but we are unable to do removals in exchange for the wood. We would provide a removal quote, and if we were to keep the log, we may provide a discount on the removal. There are a lot of overhead costs, so the cost of the removal is typically much higher than the value of the log.
Hi Sandra! Unfortunately, we do not harvest or purchase standing trees.
They do have a leveler and planer at the shop. They usually charge $40 to use it, but I'm not sure what sorry of volume discounts they would give. Best to call them up and ask
Hi Sam, unfortunately, we do not harvest or pay for standing trees. The cost of removal typically far outweighs the value of the log. If you are in our service area, our tree service, Arbor Man LLC, could provide you a removal quote. If we would keep the log for milling, there may be a slight discount on the removal cost.
Anywhere from $10-$45 a board foot depending on size and character.
Black oak?
I work for Evan the owner on the tree removal side, yes they could do that for you. Not sure what the charge would be.
No...they sell custom built items
Hi Jordan. We occasionally have dimensional lumber in stock. We will have some nice quarter sawn white oak coming out of the kiln in about 2 weeks. It is all around 8" wide 8/4 thick and 8-12' long. We do not have any walnut lumber at this time only slabs.
can you mill a fallen black locust for indoor flooring t&g
I have at least 4 walnut trees over 18" diameter. Is worth it to have someone purchase and remove trees?
