I see a couple of Doctors here. I've been Dr. Whites patient for 35 years give or take a couple of years. Most of my family comes to him as well. Dr White is a great doctor and he listens to me. Over the years front desk wasn't that great, but now they have a great staff. I also see a Cardiologist, and Podiatrist and there staff is great. Wait time is great. It's also the convince that everything is in one building.

The facility touts a tech first approach yet doesn't even have a patient portal. Patients walk their own documents to their referrals which are printed on paper. It's honestly pathetic bordering on false advertising and the reason why I will be changing doctors soon.

By far, the worst customer service ever. Receptionists, customer service employees, are the most rude, villain and arrogant people I ever met. They treat you on the phone and in person like you are their servant and like they are doing you a favor. There are good doctors at Millennium, my family doctor works there, but they deserve better otherwise they will lose patients. I hope that someone from Millennium will read this review and will be so kind to contact me so that I can explain in detail my horror stories.
