The food was good and fresh, but they forgot to give me my coleslaw. It was ok though I couldn't have eaten it and drive anyway. Great customer service. Happy customer 😁

It was finger-licking good. I have never tasted such a gourmet meal in my life. I suggest you buy this for Thanksgiving instead of Turkey.

Ordered my food, was told to park ahead for my food. Waited 25 minutes and no food. Ended up going through again, waiting 48 minutes for my food in a drive thru because they claimed they couldn't find the only car parked in their lot where they said to park, and were rude on top of it when they handed me the food. Normally you get an apology and gift card for the inconvenience. Not here, they hate thier customers! The fries were cold as well, probably the ones I originally ordered. Avoid this place at all costs!

I have gone to many long John silver's in Illinois since I was a kid and this has to be the best one I have come across everything was great. Better then I knew it could be. That being said the KFC portion was straight up garbage, you could taste the freezer burn on the KFC portion of the meal.
