It's not a bad place to eat. I have found it clean and the staff is friendly. I gave it a 4 star because sometimes they are very slow and the food is only good not great

Black mold in ice-cubes. Chicken is odd and rubber-like. Not the same quality as before. Chili is still highly recommended! Staff was attentive, and nice. But won't return due to issue of ice machine not being cleaned out as protocol.

I’m rating b4 food…2 hours in Chili’s. Seven of us for my dad’s bday. They need to prioritize better. The online needs to be shut down if u don’t have the staff so u can take care of people in ur building. Apps came. Plates are dirty (one with chocolate on it…it was cheese fries). I know staff is short. The waitresses are hustling but the restaurant across the street has no wait…my dad wanted molten cakes so here we sit…waiting for food for two hours….the waitress was great. All food came right.

Everything tastes great. The only thing I'll mention that was unusual occured when the waitress served my margarita. She mumbled the word, "bit6h," real low, almost under her breath, when the tumbler was placed on the table. Idk, if that was meant for me or for someone else there? Anyways, I took my dad out to eat, and he had a real nice meal.
