Stopped here for emergency sleep. Only slept for 4 hours and got destroyed by bed bugs. I haven’t been able to stop scratching for a week and am pretty much nuking my house right now. I should’ve known something was wrong when I unrolled the bathroom floor mat and there was a big muddy boot print on it. Do NOT stay here.

They polished the turd and missed a few spots. They bragged about being newly renovated rooms, but to say it was a budget job, would be very polite. My room smelled of mold (which was all over the place), it was dirty, the microwave and fridge were broken, the linens were old and stained, and the guy behind the desk seemed impressed with it. It must have been nice where he was from, but as soon as there is an opening near by, I'm out of here.

Adequate place to stay. It about half-way between Chicago and Peru if you're riding a bike, as I frequently am. It's right on Rt 6, just down the street from the Park Motel. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Clean, inexpensive. The rooms are big enough to bring your bike inside. I've stayed here before and I'd stay here again.
