We like 99, but this one had a bad smell of old age and needs a cleaning. The food was overcooked and not so good service. We extended more in Glastonbury, CT, were very disappointed 😞

Wondering if this restaurant is on its way out, super small menu now. Ordered a wrap and was told they didn't have the ingredients to make it. Really? I miss the old 99. The new watered down version? Not so much 🫤 originally giving the restaurant to reviews I had to knock it down to a one after they serve me a fish sandwich that smelled like low tide, the waitress admitted that the manager said earlier the fish seemed like it smelled funny, so thanks for the shared experience 🤮. Hopefully it doesn't keep happening all day to more customers. Where is quality control when you need it.

They did not have a very big variety on their menu. The food I got was okay but I felt they were really lacking and offering on their menu. No senior menu and it would have been welcomed

Great place to get a decent priced meal or appetizer. Nothing on the menu is avant-gard or off the cuff but good wholesome food.

Honesty I Worked At 99 Restaurant For 3 Years And I Have Seen Quite A Few Blacks And Hispanics Working There. But 99 Resturants Has High Standards In Costumer Service And Their Cooks. Maybe Some People Find It Hard To Maintain 99 Resturants Standards.
Id wager if you sign up on the 99 website, it would work.
