Workers were fast and attentive. Place was decently clean. Consistent flow of customers as we ate inside and it moved relatively fast. Noticed they were happy to help with questions customers had.

Prices are high, service was blah!! I got what I came for and the girl helping me did nothing to "wow" me, not even small talk as she prepared myborder, and yet during checkout she stated that I could add a tip if I wanted as part of the check-out process. While that part may not be in her control, asking/inviting a person to tip when nothing was done to really stand out, just doesn't sit well with me. When a serving of icecream is more than a half gallon of it at the grocery store, business has to do something to add value to their product or service, and they didn't. Customer-service just doesn't seem to be about the customer anymore.

The young lady helping us was very kind and patient. The ice cream is delicious, my favorite is cake batter with strawberries& graham crackers.
