It seems as though this credit union has a problem with people of color as most of the complaints were from those customers and mostly Caucasian people had positive experiences. Improve your customer service with Everyone and your credit union will get more customers, because bad reviews travels fast and hits harder than good reviews.

Michigan First froze my business account because they thought they saw suspicious activity on my account. They didn't even notify me. I found out in an embarrassing way. When I went to the brunch, because they wouldn't answer their phone, they had me call an 800 number who said my card would be back on within 10 minutes. I went to dinner that evening and my card still didn't work. The next day, the branch said I had to get a new card, which causes me to change all my vendor and business accounts. The credit union made the mistake and I have to pay for it. 🤬 #MichicanFirstCreditUnion
