This place helped my Father die faster with an ungodly amount of pain from the abuse. I have over 200 pictures over the past year,these pictures will make you sick,especially if you have a loved one here. Also have complaints and the weak response and cover ups. Even from the top Dr's running this abusive place.Ive witnessed my Father and others being abused and fought back to no avail. During midnight hours he'd call crying and they would take his phone and shut it off.Id have to turn it on when I went back. This is TORTURE for your loved one. I plan on exposing this place and the doctors and staff. STAY TUNED

My brother spent 30 days. The worst experience ever. Please do not place your loved ones at Autumn Woods. He lost 17 pounds because no one would help him eat or even open his milk carton. I went several times a week. He was there 14 days before they gave him a shower. His room was disgusting. They left roommate’s soiled clothes and diaper on floor. They left my brother’s urinal bottle full on top of his food tray. After hours, I disposed and cleaned it. Ants were all over floor and on food tray. They would let him sit in his wheelchair until late at night after hours of him/us asking to be put to bed. At one point there was an aid that was swearing under her breath because I asked for help. They were very rude and disrespectful. This is where the VA sends our veterans. They should lose their government contract. Be careful where you turn to for help with the sick and elderly. Do your research, look at star rating with CMS and read reviews. Our country needs to do better!!!
