This facility is not a place for short term rehab. The majority of the patients are considered “nursing home/long term care”. My father was there for rehab from a broken femur and the care he received during his stay was well below par. There was no scheduled PT/OT services - they just told him to go to the PT room and do what he wants. One night when he hit his call button to help get clean after using the bed pan, it took 45 minutes for someone to assist. They reported back to him that the aide went to put gas in her car before it got dark. Unacceptable. In their favor, they attempted to provide a better room but there was very poor cell phone reception and he only had 4 channels on his TV. Dad was depressed about his placement and we thankfully got him moved. He had made very little progress in his 10 days there. They were not quick about assisting with the transfer - making mistakes with the paperwork and poor communication. Dad told us he “doesn’t think he’ll leave this place alive.” This facility lists themselves as a rehab facility but I did not see any evidence that they attempted to improve mobility. Do not put your loved ones in this facility.

Horrible upper management and very old building. Every time I left the building I was sick with a sinus infection. Patient ratio to staff is horrible. I had 50 residents to myself. No heat or ac in building. How do you let your family live here?

They have the upmost caring staff that give it their all each and every day to ensure their residents are treated with dignity, respect, care, and most of all it is done love! Each team member exhibits their job with a high degree of passion! You can’t go wrong with choosing this facility to care for your loved one.
