The best relationship with a property manager and maintenance team I’ve ever had. Both Hillary and Dale do an excellent job with timely communication and task execution. My neighbors are wonderful and the area is quiet. There are a lot of speed bumps though! Lots of green space, a play place for kids, and a park next to the property makes it great for pets and children. Though there are no short term lease options, they do offer lease breaking for a fee with 60 days notice. Lastly they have a breed restriction free pet policy which is awesome.

My central air went out and I called and left a message. Less than 24 hours I recieved a call and they were on top of it. Gave me a portable ac for 1 day then fixed my central air the next. Dale was the technician and it’s like it wasn’t broken. Hillary and brook are amazing. This is going on my second year here. I would definitely recomend. It’s even quite here surprisingly even with my child bouncing off the walls most of the time. Friendly neighbors as well!!
