I'm not an apt person. Always had my own house. People upstairs sound like a heard of elephants and my pictures fall off the wall and one broke. The washer and dryer are always broke, possibly on purpose. The staff is pretty awesome, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Rent is 30% of income, you pay electric and gas. They pay water and trash. Bothers me there's no recycling here because tenants are throwing trash in recycle bin and vice versa which is a shame that grown folks are that disrespectful. Don't be surprised if you are told you will be inspected or sprayed because people don't do what they should and need to be babysat.

Highly DO NOT recommend! Especially if you’re raising young children. There’s been a count of 3 fights just the past weekend in the hallway, they’re very rude & will make your stay hell. Our building still has cheese open on the stairs so it’s now ORANGE ! Our buildings are gross, have been since the pandemic. The maintenance guy has a bad habit of entering your place whenever without a notice! Overall my 1.5 i’ve stayed here, i’ve hated it ! MY NEIGHBORS ALSO
