BEWARE WARNING Terrible ass place. It's like a damn nut house here. I have lived here almost 2 years too long. If it gave me an option to choose no stars, that's what I would rate it. Terrible place, terrible management, they need to change this place and kick out all the wrong people who shouldn't belong here. It is like walking into a giant highway with a bunch of people knowing your business. You can find any place better than here. MOVE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK Do not move at any other place like this including Somerset, Riverfront, Capitol Commons & Cedar Place. They are basically all almost the same. In addition to all of this, they are now changing the rules to where people who are young with any kind of mental disability are not allowed to live here, the people who are already here are OK but no new residents. You must be 62+ to live here. That sounds basically like discrimination to the people who need a place to live.
