had a unit "ready to go" but management switched our unit due to "leasing issues" with the one we applied for. we had EVERYTHING ready, the renter's insurance, the electricity, the WIFI, you name it. BUT the DAY BEFORE our move-in they switched us. When we asked to at least see the unit we were basically forced to lease, they wouldn't let us. Surprise surprise, the unit was garbage. The walls weren't finished, there were dead bugs on the floor from the fumigating, the cupboards were worn down, the floors and walls a MESS, the smell was enough to raise the dead. AND as if it wasn't bad enough, it looked like the maintenance guys were playing tic-tac-toe with the ceiling in the 2nd bedroom. this was a horrible experience especially since the staff was of little to no help, we had to pay so much extra money to get everything where it was supposed to. Disgusting irresponsibility from management, no communication, and shady business practice. if you're looking to rent, have some self respect and find another place to live, because it'd be a better experience to dry hump broken glass off of a public bathroom floor than to deal with this. The total rent cost is 1700, no washer no dryer. I had a nicer apartment at the kachina apartments just 5 minutes down the road before this one complete with both yet only paid 1350 (SAVE YOURSELF AND GO THERE!). This apartment complex is a complete ripoff and you'd be wasting your money I WISH I WAS KIDDING. email me if you'd like and ill show you proof photos in case these people decide to try to take them down. just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Currently stay here. Just resigned lease and was told the lease is going up. Okay i understand it's going up because everywhere is going up. So I look at the new lease and I am being forced to accept this "valet trash service" which costs 25 dollars extra every month on top of the "conservice trash" 10 dollar charge. So it use to be the "conservice trash" only but now add 25 dollars more. The owner is properly getting kick backs from the the "valet trash service" I hope you get what you deserve

Absolutely awful. Everything is always broken in the apartment. Their “renovated” apartment just mean they painting white on the cabinets. My bathtub was CHIPPING! There is a black dust that coats everything it’s disgusting. They give no notice when the water for the community gets shut off. So expensive for nothing. Save your money and absolutely do not move in here.
